How to use

• Clean hands before use.
• Roll the earplug between the thumb and finger until it is squashed into a thin cylinder.
• Insert Foamies while compressed into the ear canal.
• Hold the plug in place until it expands and fills the ear canal.
• To remove, ease gently from the ear.
